You may terminate these Terms & Conditions at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence and you have provided us with your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
Products
Our products are made available exclusively online through the website and social media. Our products are made to order and have limited quantities, meaning that they are subject to return only in accordance with our Returns policy.
We have made every effort to accurately represent all products on this site. The description, sizing, colour, appearance and images of each product displayed on our store and social media are correct at the time of publication, however we cannot guarantee that exact colour representation will be matched due to variances on differing computer systems and screens.
Made to Order
All items on our site are made to order and are subject to availability.
Our production agreement for each made to order piece is a maximum of 2 weeks from the date of the order, however we will always strive to have your garment(s) with you before this time limit.
All orders are subject to our approval and availability.
As the customer, you accept that it is your responsibility to ensure that all purchase and account information provided on your order form is accurate. Ada Dakin will not be liable for any costs incurred as a result of incorrect information provided, or any non-delivery of orders due to incorrect information.
Pricing
All pricing on www.adadakin.com is in £ GBP sterling.
The prices of each of our products are correct at the time of publication on our site. We reserve the right to change prices on our site without notification.
We gladly accept your order upon payment of the purchase price for the entirety of goods contained within your order. Once you have submitted your order and we are in receipt of your payment we will send you an email confirming that your order has been accepted. This email creates a legally binding agreement between us. We will then send you a further email confirming the despatch date and tracking details for your order.
For orders outside of England, import customs fees and taxes may be payable by yourself as the importer of your purchased goods. Ada Dakin is not responsible for these charges. We recommend that you contact your local customs authority to ascertain any import costs prior to purchase.
