Spellbound encapsulates a taste for the mystical with prints inspired by entwined snakes, glowing golden hour sunsets which illuminate our Founder Sophie’s Hackney home, and a celestial print, dreamed up from a vintage nightgown Sophie stumbled on in Spitalfields market.

We only produce items which are certain to be loved and cherished, so with a desire to pay homage to British talent and embrace slow fashion, each Ada Dakin garment plays its part in eliminating waste and overproduction from the fashion chain by being carefully handcrafted to order by local artisan dressmakers in the heart of East London.
Nature serves as our muse, guiding our designs to be gentle on our planet. By utilising recycled, biodegradable, and deadstock fabrics and trims, we thoughtfully minimise our environmental footprint. Our commitment extends to our packaging, made of recycled materials and is home compostable.
